Claus Carpentry and Construction
Claus Carpentry & Construction was founded by Sam Claus in 2023. Sam received his civil engineering degree from the University of Iowa and has over 10 years of experience in design, construction, and project management. He is a licensed and insured contractor and his professional experience includes roles as a kitchen designer, project manager for kitchen and bath remodels, trim carpenter, and a residential construction foreman.
Sam was born and raised in Iowa, but has had strong family ties to Gainesville, FL, and in 2023, he and his family decided to make Gainesville their home. Using his past design and construction experiences, Sam opened Claus Carpentry & Construction. His ultimate goal is to provide his clients with high-quality renovations with unparalleled craftsmanship and excellent service from start to finish through his simple, customer-focused process.
